Partnership with East Anglian Air Ambulance

We are delighted to announce that we are now working in partnership with the East Anglian Air Ambulance, for every order we receive we are making a donation to the charity. The charity is very close to our hearts and is a great local cause we hope to raise between £1000 and £2000 over the course of the year.
East Anglian Air Ambulance is a fantastic local charity who attended 3000 missions last year saving countless lives.  
At Thetford Home Improvement Services, we are passionate about our local community and we wanted to choose a charity that really made a difference to lives locally. For every order we receive we pledge to make a donation to the East Anglian Air Ambulance, as well as this we will also be helping to promote the charity and its numerous great fundraising events.
Based at Norwich and Cambridge the East Anglia Air Ambulance covers the whole of East Anglia but isn’t constrained to our entire region if an incident occurs outside of East Anglia but the EAAA crew can get there quicker than the crew that covers that region they will go.
As you can imagine there is  a lot of cost involved in getting the helicopter up in the air, with each mission costing on average £3500 and as a completely charitable organisation they rely on donations to save lives.  Each helicopter has it’s own on board doctors as well as a highly qualified paramedic and of course the pilot.
We are so happy to be able to do our little bit to help these heroes.
